Step-by-Step Directions
Bring timeless style to your outdoor Christmas decorations with this easy wreath idea. Use our simple instructions below to make DIY evergreen Christmas wreaths with magnolia leaves, jingle bells, and red berries.
Step 1: Add Magnolia Leaves and Berries
Ruby red berries are traditional evergreen decor, but faux magnolia leaves add a hint of farmhouse flair. To make things easier, look for fake plants at your local crafts store that have a combination of the two arranged in beautiful bundles. To avoid overcrowding the wreath and distracting from its natural beauty, place only five of the berry arrangements evenly on the DIY evergreen Christmas wreath. You may use hot glue or floral wire to attach the stems. Make sure the leaves are all pointing in the same clockwise direction.
Step 2: Add Jingle Bells
With greenery and berries added, all that’s left to complete this jolly DIY Christmas wreath is, of course, jingle bells! Bell finishes include shiny silver and gold, but we thought rich bronze was more appropriate for this traditional wreath. Place five or six bells evenly throughout the wreath, attaching them with floral wire. The result is a beautiful, timeless, evergreen wreath that sings as you open the door to welcome your guests.
